    Not sure what you consider best, but I assume price is a big factor. *Just noticed you wrote online but I’ll just keep everything I have here.

    You might find a used phone section in your local thrift shop.

    Someone is probably selling new and used flip phones on kijiji, ebay, fb marketplace etc.

    For buying new, Best Buy is available nationally. I’ve seen refurbished phone shops but most carry only smartphones. Wireless carriers can let you buy phones outright with no plan but they are overpriced.

      Kijiji is probably the best bet imo. Buying used or refurbished from someone local reduces e-waste…

      Apparently it’s an eBay subsidiary though, so that may be a deal breaker.

      Thanks for tje link. Do you know if the phone is unlocked / open to all carriers? I cant seem to find that information on the page but maybe I’m just missing it

      Walmart is another American megacorp. No need to avoid one just to shop at another.

        I looked at Rexall and Shoppers websites first and couldn’t find any mobile phones for sale online. If you don’t like the site I posted you could post one for OP yourself from a site that you like.
