Kinda similar: When I play strategy games, I like to roleplay as historians writing about my empire.

i have a fully automated rainbow generator, but my “base” is a bunch of machines scattered around a flattened section of forest, don’t think i even have a bed amywhere
I’m a “basically just live in my trading hall and storage room” player. It’s just that everything is so jank, with tiny farms scattered everywhere that I never tear down, temporary blocks and half terraformed terrain everywhere, and the hole to bedrock for my beacons fully exposed for shit to fall into. I am swimming in resources from my farms, but my base doesn’t even have an exterior
I’m like the opposite, my bases are decently prepared but i have a crippling lack of resources
People like us need to team up so we can actually get shit done.
I’m really proud of how cool the world that I built exclusively in Vivecraft is. I wouldn’t let anyone play it in not-VR haha
I spent 2k cycles building my colony in OxygenNotIncluded. It fully automated and self-sustained. No one will ever see it.

I’ve considered uploading videos of Luanti, just so I have an actual motivation to be creative.
It doesn’t come to me naturally, so I could use the training, but it also always feels a bit silly to just build a few houses for no actual reason…
