Well, that is super sad. I think the fact that the tenants had their checks cashed is outrageous. Who tf has that money?! Give it to the landlord or the evicted tenants right now. plus interest.

I would like for the tenant to be allowed to stay in their apartment if they continue paying rent, and the new landlord can fight it out with the old landlord in court. I want to know exactly how the tenants were informed of the required new payment system.

I always knew the Mosser company was a horrible company. The new TerraCotta Multi company seems equally as despicable. In a just world, neither of them would ever be allowed to buy a building in SF ever again.
