The problem with body armor is that it doesn’t protect all body area. Especially legs and arms. Thus saying, shotgun rounds are very effective against such targets, especially from mid to high range, so that buckshot round has a good spread.

The second thing is that even good police armor is struggling against medium to heavy rifle rounds like .380 and higher meaning, that sniper rifles are also effective against such armored targets.

Body armor is also useless when someone sets your home and family on fire. They have no idea what a civil war actually is.

You can build or buy a 16" rifle chambered in .308, annoying to get the gas system working properly, but not at all limited to longer unwieldy rifles for defeating body armor.

The bite that a .308 round takes from a thick steel target is truly a thing to behold.

Why does everyone (90% of you in the comments) keep playing along with the notion that she was even disobeying Ice.

In the video I saw, she was just trying to turn her car around they started giving her random orders and then they killed her when she didn’t figure out what they wanted quickly enough.

“Every congressional democrat and every democrat who’s running for president should be asked a simple question: Do you think this officer was wrong in defending his life against a deranged leftist who tried to run him over?” Vance wrote in a post on X.

Engaging in any response implicitly agrees on the premise of his question. That 1. The agent was defending his life. 2. That someone tried to run him over. 3. That that person was a deranged leftist.

It’s a loaded question from the start that must be refused outright.

We are heading to a point where we will die if and when THEY decide. The virtuosically repellant Stephen “PeeWee Himmler” Miller has already told Trump that he wants to reduce America from 335 million people, to 100 million, and he wants them to look like him (God forbid).

OCCUPY wallstreet was the that testing the water, once the rich saw no actual rioting, action, they continued to laugh all the way to the bank, while convincing a culture war is what people should be concerned about. i overheard people from university talking about how trump has made everyone ovvereact if you mention anything about thier race, or gender(1st term). this is what it is now.

When DOGE was first bursting into government office buildings with no authority at all, they just let them in. If the first few DOGE Squads had been gunned down in the lobbies for trying invade a government facility, we’d be in a different place right now.

no riots, meaning the oligarchs, fascist will know you wont do anything, and they just continue to mow people down. what they are really a fraid is general rioting, doesnt even need to start with 'violence", is enough disrupt businesses in the area, just things like looting, shoplifting, or vandalism is enough to scare them too.

        This.

Trump’s not known for his restraint. Or for thinking things through.

ICE are shooting people in the face yesterday, running people over today. Each day it gets just a little worse. The frog has well and truly boiled. He’s just waiting until a little closer to the mid-terms to enact martial law, but he’ll do it earlier if necessary.

There’s no scenario where he doesn’t. None.

People need to organize into states, states need to get their shit together and begin preparing non-violently, together, for the inevitable civil conflict. If in a world replete with reasons why and how civil wars happen against dictators the US cannot see past their own previous Civil War into why they fought it, to decide whether it was due to Civil Rights or whether it was simply to maintain the Manifest Destiny hegemony, they have already lost. Although there’s too many people thinking this will blow over peacefully without any more preparation except that to believe they can return to the old oligarchy way of doing things for me to have any hope…

Trump and Shady Vance could die for disobeying the American people. That would take about 3 more invasions, 6 rapes, and 75 americans murdered by their own government, before that will happen (based on what I’ve seen so far). The biggest mistake people are making is waiting for the democrats to save them.

The biggest mistake people are making is waiting for the democrats to save them.

Nobody wants to be the one that goes down in history for kicking off the Civil War. But once it gets going, and people don’t have choices any more, they’ll get involved.

Everybody is still hoping that there will be a peaceful solution, but whatever that is, it will be unsatisfying to all, and will only be a band-aid on an increasingly festering wound. More and more, it’s looking like America is going to have to literally fight to take our country back from treasonous criminals.

A civil war isn’t possible in any sense that we know it. America is too big and the fronts are near infinite, city limits, but really, individual property lines in both cities and rural areas.

Fighting an oppressive government is revolutionary, so it would be more of a revolutionary war, but highly individualized.

You know we already had a Civil War, right? So your assertion that it “isn’t possible” is disproven immediately.

Of course we can have a Civil War. It will be messy, but ALL wars are messy, that’s kind of the point.

He’s building a facility at Guantanamo Bay to hold 30,000, set to open in 2029. For context, the largest current prison is 8300, in Angola, LA, and the average prison is about 800-1200. He clearly intends to hold an unprecedented number of people.

Who does he intend to hold there, in a military black site located in Cuba, far from lawyers, courts, family, media, etc.?

What is your realistic suggestion on how they should react? If it involves them dying, or losing their jobs and healthcare? Would you be willing to risk those as an individual?

You call them cowards, but don’t give any meaningful suggestions on what they could realistically do.
