Turtle WoW was one of the few private servers who have been running for ages. They had serious customizations that allowed you to really slow down and enjoy the leveling like a journey instead of a race. You don’t find private servers that favor RP like them either, most are extremely competitive with either pvp or pve. I hope this team is able to get something like it going again.

I went out with my bff and some friends we haven’t seen in years on Friday. We are all old drinking buddies. I didn’t drink, I had seltzer water, but they all tore it up.

Yesterday morning I met up with my bff and she was sooooooooooooo hungover, she ended up going with a little hair of the dog at 10am. I felt awful for her but I also was really happy I didn’t drink and wasn’t in the same boat.

Just got home from an amazing night out. Honestly thought I couldn’t enjoy going out without drinking but here I am, 2:45 am and clear headed. I’m looking forward to sleeping in and waking up without a hangover.

Today my husband is going to his best friend’s funeral. They were friends for over 35 years. My husband is devastated. They used to talk on the phone several times a week for hours at a time. My heart breaks for him.

He died from drinking. When they found him, his apartment counters were filled with over 50 beer cans and 7-10 empty bottle of tequila and he was laying dead in a pool of blood he had vomited up. The official cause of death was liver failure. He was 48 years old. RIP old friend.
