Another sign they just made it up is the claim they ran over a thousand simulations.
Why would you need to run a simulation to find out the actual prices as they are today? You could just look up the actual data.
The only reason to use a simulation is if the actual data makes you look bad so you need to simulate an alternate reality in order to cover that up.
