I own a couple of thrifted typewtiters for precosely this use case. Highly recommend keeping an eye out. And yes, ribbons are still available.
2·5 months agofancy!! mine is adjustable by hand crank. (And yet I alternate b/w sitting and standing setup more frequently than my colleague whose desk is electrically powered).

21·7 months agoI use posteo. The interface is nothing to write home about, but since I use thunderbird, this is not a dealbreaker (for me).
