Je pense que globalement la France a une approche pragmatique. Sans les ventes d’armes on ne pourrait pas financer la R&D nécessaire à notre indépendance stratégique.

Dans le monde dans lequel on vit on doit savoir faire des compromis de la morale. C’est de la realpolitik.

C’est justement ces moyens qui nous permettront de défendre nos principes dans le futur. Penser que tout le monde peut faire comme le costa-rica c’est au pire dangereux et au mieux naïf.
