Thomas Sullivan Magnum IV is a private investigator. He lives in the guesthouse of a 200-acre (81 ha) beachfront estate called Robin’s Nest, in Hawaii, at the invitation of its owner, Robin Masters. Ostensibly this is quid pro quo for Magnum’s services based upon his expertise

Life savers? What the fuck is a polo mint. Ay mate is it raining cats and dogs over there?
They force you at gunpoint at work? To use Windows???

It depends on your level of expertise. It is still the case for a good senior technician. They unfortunately don’t grow on trees and the better the guy the more he’s dancing on the nose of his working environment.

You do realize that a CD player, books, music, games etc are technology too right? Yes modern corpo tech is bullshit but that is not the fault of technology and there are alternatives to everything. Its a question of convenience. Do you want to be spoon fed with a pretty solution that gets marketed to everyone? Well you gonna have a bad time in the long run…

I upgraded my machine from Debian 10 all the way to Debian 13 recently. Never had a problem.

Debian Stable breaks from updating? What?

Excuse me? Just Debian?

Same guy for americans

Oof yeah ok dodged that bullet I guess 😂

I really wanted to play Watch Dogs when it came out. Unfortunately they also publish a lot of games. They have some cool titles ngl, but I pull through.

I bought a used convertable notebook you can open until it touches the back turning it into a “tablet”. I really thought it will be a painful path to compatibility - but everything actually worked out of the box too, on-screen keyboard, rotation, disabling keyboard - everything… I was baffled how far we’ve come over the last 30 years.

I started to Boycott Ubisoft when they started online DRM checks for single player games that you could not play offline anymore. It was with the release of Assassins Creed 2 and I think it was Settler 7. That was about 16 years ago.
Its not a car, its a vehicle!
