Isn’t self deport a plane ticket to where you want, on your own time and with your own money?

Just put some NFS server with some storage pool duplication at your buddies house, bing bang boom dogshit arson proof.

He’s not disagreeing that the system is not exploitable, he’s saying exploitation has been made illegal.

Hack the system, get stuff for super cheap, resell it.
Then you get investigated for patents, or product safety or other bullshit. The system is rigged if you hack it or not. :/
right but that also requires us to maintain dominance in those areas… less likely if our ally denmark loses their kingdom of greemland.
Yeah global warming.
Right, they don’t need it for themselves. USA and any other power would use it for a convenient bit of force projection, preventing 3rd parties from consolidating power outside of their block. So, say Venezuela wanted to ship stuff to the Philippines. Around South America is dangerous, Panama can be expensive, but arctic is more and more open and quick, so theoretically these example countries could find some mutually profitable stuff to bring back and forth to each other.
US can get a tax or otherwise frustrate any deals if they control that shipping lane. The Alaska/Russia choke point is contested and I’m not sure who has better control on that area.
furthest place on earth to them, with the most expensive resource extraction
Really the valuable thing is controlling the shipping lanes between Pacific and Atlantic countries, then playing kingmaker about who can trade with who.
Which is why any talk about any of this from anybody is just a pretense. :/

They would be supporting them internally anyway, and for only specific apps since it’s a phone for employees. I wonder what the change in projected costs like that are.

Disruption is the thing that’s like ideology in this instance. There’s no path for a cult member to disrupt things enough to become the new cult leader. There’s the chain of succession or whatever it’s called, and that relies on the legitimacy of the system to be used. If that legitimacy is disrupted, the only people that can take the lead position will be the people controlling the military, which will be nobody in governance because the commander in chief will be dead.
This is one reason I guess the ICE budget is getting juice, so that when that change in leadership comes there is some force behind the change.

People keep using the word martyr, but I’m not sure he can become that. There’s no ideology bringing these people together, the disruption that he’s causing is the unifying force.
If he’s gone, there’s no clear contender to continue that disruption, so there would be tons of infighting. I don’t think there’s a path to dominance from that kind of chaos. Trump only managed to get elected with the support of broken systems, which are being dismantled.

You mean dabo?

You got me, but without a kit I don’t think prior experience with gunshot wounds would make up for the time lost waiting on the second person. And it’s not like this was an either/or. It’s completely asinine to not let the doctor that is standing right there access to someone actively bleeding. Even the most casual assessment would save the paramedic on their way a minute and would have the attempts to stop the bleeding happen minutes earlier. That’s not a trivial amount of time. This level of negligence is homicide

If that’s the average, I feel really bad for the high end outliers…

A doctor would be able to provide a higher level of care than a medic, because of all the experience in medical school.
Medics don’t need degrees in medicine, just a paramedic program which is only 20 months. Ie the same length as the first post secondary requirement to medical school.

That never happens, also the response isn’t “no” it’s any sort of question to discern if they are telling the truth.

Fox et al are fed commentary and told to read the teleprompter.

I worked one show off theirs, it was great.
If they have another show in Toronto I’d love to attend.

This is really fucking funny
The pyramids were a technological triumph that has made a farce of conspiracy theorists
Bioshock is an artistic triumph that has made a farce of fascism
The Moon missions were an anthropic triumph that made a farce out of the relentless hostility of space
Avatar was an artistic triumph that made a farce out of cinema.
