Again, if I were a fake state ostensibly created because of the Holocaust, I probably wouldn’t insist that my people were literally a superior race with a divine mandate. I’ve been pretty hesitant to draw direct comparisons between the Israelis and the Nazis because it seems reductive and in poor taste, but they’re making it difficult to avoid these days.

It’s worth remembering that you can read all about the horrors the IOF has inflicted on Gaza; or see photos and videos of Palestinian children suffering in ways that will haunt you for the rest of your life… and you can know that the US military did all that and more many times over to the people of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
