Did someone prepared infected copy/scam files and put it into public?
Could be someone, who see pirates as supreme evil and most dangerous enemies?
Oh no, who could that be? Who could gain anything by damaging fighters for quality?
Me really dunno, any suggestions, help please!
I’d be more surprised if they weren’t popping up.
If you pirate a videogame and don’t sandbox the living shit out of it, you have no one to blame but yourself.
I’m playing the videogame so I don’t have to play in a sandbox.
This guy games
how do you sandbox yours?
I don’t do as much as I should. I run Wine (which is NOT a sandbox!!!) inside of Bottles (which sandboxes it a little bit; it at least prevents it from accessing the real filesystem and other programs I have installed) inside of Flatpak (which internally uses Bwrap for sandboxing, which is a legit sandbox when correctly configured, although probably isn’t secure against really determined malware).
I probably should use a virtual machine, just to be safe. But I don’t want the headache of setting that up or the performance penalty it comes with, and I decided I trust Fitgirl enough to not try harder than Bwrap.
I’m curious too; way, way back when, I used to use Sandboxie to test shady games and programs. But I’m sure there are newer/better tools now, seeing as this was 20 years ago.
I like to imagine they fell for something like this.

And to not embaress myself super mega is only pretending to be dumb, as some kind of meta commentary. Near the end its implied they are recording this is a public bathroom, the whole thing is intentionally bad as a bit.
You gotta have stakes in this game
How much hp do they restore?
