    Can I hope it was cleared so as to financial stretch the Ellisons as much as possible and put them closer to bankruptcy?

      Oracle is heavily inflated by the AI bubble. It’s not crazy to think Larry Ellison may be squeezed hard by a bubble pop, paying significant amounts for WB, and the heavy debt the new company will now have to service.
