Not 100%, but there’s only one angle with that view of the Treasury building (15th and Constitution) and from what I can tell the trees do match up with what can be seen from the sidewalk (and are roughly the right age), which would lend some weight to this being legit.

Logos are consistent, the crap fences don’t blend. The potties and cleaning stations are legit models I have seen before. All points to true.

Porta potti on the other hand are camping toilets mostly used in caravans.
