It seems weird to me. A business that is quiet, doesn’t pollute, doesn’t attract crime. It does attract traffic, but so does a golf course.
Yeah. Besides if transit infrastructure was better then we wouldn’t need to be worried about traffic so much, but the still city chooses to fund highway expansion projects at the expense of the transit budget. This is a problem of the cities own making
