Minnesota appears to be in gear for a mass uprising. One day is a start. If they actually manage to get a general strike for a single day with 75% adherence across the city, that would create such a panic in the billionaire class and create so much momentum that it has serious potential to effect change. Billionaires would not want that catching on or sticking around, and once we have one day. Well why not two days? Or three days?
That idea is why strikes exist. Putting an expiry date on your own threat is the same as not making it, possibly worse.
We need to spread the word, right fucking now, that contingencies are in effect and that if they don’t cave within that 24hr, we escalate.
