Needs to be a thin outline/buffer zone around Toowoomba called “Sufficient Woomba”. Surely one could have one foot inside Toowoomba, one foot in Insufficiently Woomba, and have a perfectly ordinary amount of Woomba for oneself.
As a former Australian, where they’ve located Toowoomba irks me.
