So whats the protocol to fight against kidnapping by officers who aren’t identifying themselves in unmarked cars? Wiffleball the driver of that vehicle first, and then the rest of them after that?

Is there any point in hesitating if you see ICE vehicles? Do you wait for them to perform the kidnapping act first? Or just whiffleball immediately as soon as you see them?

Conceal carry is legal in Illinois, if you have a CCL endorsement on your Firearm Owners ID (FOID). A FOID is inexpensive and easy to get: very low fee, application and photo, wait a few weeks. CCL endorsement requires a 16 hour training class, which includes a very easy shooting test, and between $400 and $500 for all the fees (class and IL) and supplies, depending on what ammunition you need to bring.

I wouldn’t do something so rash but if you are prepared to do that then you need to make solid plans for your own arrest. Have all your documentation, tell a friend or someone you trust that you can contact if you get jailed, probably a lawyer ready too. If you’re lucky you won’t get charged and depending on what you do it could be a misdemeanor which won’t totally ruin your life.
