So what happens if it’s found that Saudi Arabia do in fact own Chelsea? How does it work with Newcastle competing in the same league? I know the Saudis are claiming that Newcastle are not state-owned, but nobody actually believes that.
Probably nothing because the Premier League and FA are spineless.
