Okay, this very much has my attention. I’ve been looking for a Discord alternative that has screen sharing.

The Devil’s Plan, season 2.
I am in awe of the intelligence and creativity of the “contestants” in both seasons.

Fair point. I think only the AvP movies skip the capitalism commentary in favor of pure action-horror, and those are now non-canon.
I may be one of the only people on the planet that enjoys every single one of the Alien and Predator movies, though.

I wake up around 5:00-6:00, depending on the day and when my wife gets up.
I’m a morning person. I cease to function after 8 pm, unless I’ve been drinking. Regardless, I cannot physically sleep during daylight hours.

Something I’ve started doing lately is watching movies from the 1930s and earlier. It’s a very different vibe.
Also, foreign movies. Night Watch is weird.

Article title aside, it sounds like the show will be more about capitalist dystopia than xeno kill count. I kind of wonder how much screen time the creatures have at all, compared to a Game of Thrones style character narrative.

From my dad, great physical health, some kind of neurodivergence, and a passion for systems.
From my mom, great empathy and self awareness, a skepticism of technology for technology’s sake, and appreciation for creative hobbies.

If the law is what’s stopping it, maybe there should be an… alternative release path.

I appreciate the suggestion, but Github is also an American company. I’ve been moving my git repositories to Codeberg.
My sites don’t get enough traffic to warrant a CDN really, but if necessary, BunnyCDN looks like it can fit the bill. Plus, my static sites are in Scaleway object storage.

I was planning on moving away from Cloudflare to European providers anyway, so this just adds fuel to the fire.
I’m considering using BunnyDNS for DNS management, not using a CDN at all, and using Scaleway for serverless functions.

I was curious to click on one of the sites (bread-on.earth), but the link appears to be dead. Is there a mechanism for reporting dead sites?

That’s a fascinating map. Seeing the projected population drop for Lithuania and Latvia is pretty rough.

Yes, but the problem is that a lot of these AI tools are very easy to use, but the people using them are often ill-equipped to judge the quality of the result. So you have people who are given a task to do, and they choose an AI tool to do it and then call it done, but the result is bad and they can’t tell.
Yeah, the events of Prometheus and Covenant change the timing so that the AvP movies don’t work. Doesn’t matter though, they’re still fun.
