  • We’ll see how it shakes out but I bet you can tweak the settings or switch away from Niagara to view social media apps or games if you want.

    The AI thing is possible future partnerships that I’m wary of too but I hope would be opt in.

    They’re bringing back a lot of old features, but old or no I’m glad for it. 3.5mm jack, SD card slot, DND toggle, notification light are all pluses for me. Removable battery would be great but I understand the trade off against capacity.

    I’m not even a huge fan of physical keyboards but the price point and other features, as well as being more reasonably sized meant I had to reserve this. If the camera performance is passable, it might even replace my main






  • I never buy snacks or treats in my usual weekly shop - once in while I treat myself such as buying a box of stollen for Christmas… and even then I share with my family. Switching to unsalted/flavoured nuts and fruit after meals helped a lot.

    Another thing is getting into the habit of intermittent fasting. At least three days a week, I only eat dinner in a 24hr period. This definitely isn’t for everyone - I only happened to get back into it noticing I was putting on weight working from home through COVID however there are other versions like 16/8

    Separate to contractual or redundancy factors, please update your CV now whilst your efforts and achievements are fresh in your mind. Yes, this could be seen as part of the LinkedIn thing but is also worth thinking about well before you’ve left.

    Heck, if you have a manager or colleagues you respect, even get them to read it over; you’d be surprised how much little credit you can give yourself. Of course as part of this, ask about references too.










  • My needs are more centred around gaming but I built a SFF PC based around the 7800X3D, 9070XT and FormD T1 case (sub 10L) which sits under and connects to my TV and hifi system.

    I’m therefore just using the TV as a monitor, and can access my NAS through the PC to play media directly from it, as well as game through Steam ofc. I’ve not had issues on BT with EndeavourOS but am looking forward to switching to the Steam Controller with it’s reduced latency with multiple devices
