Yeah they basically exist because the nation has no army. It is not the inspiring premise it hands you for advertising purposes. In socialist states, minority groups get special democratic representation, they don’t have to fight for relevance via nonprofits & lobbies (the purpose of such a system is to pit them against each other so white supremacist patriarchy goes on uninhibited)
