This is my take. It’s a desperate attempt to protect her people.

What’s happening is that the federal government removed evidence and refuses to cooperate with the state.

They don’t that power. The state will conduct its own prosecutions.

If it’s you, you still lose $40,000 in the process on lawyer’s fees.

They don’t cite any matter of law, just vague intimations of radicalism needing correction.

I specifically remember the exodus from DIGG as the start of reddit sucking.

A city or state can’t cause an insurrection. It doesn’t work that way. An insurrection is caused by a group of people.

Well people like that will search for any excuse. This is a harder one than children in cages for these people, though, since it does go against the standard narrative.

Possibly. What I took was an antidepressant but I didn’t take it for depression. I was on a medication that caused me a sort of medically-induced dementia and I lost the ability to live alone, cook, walk on the street without a helper, etc. The antidepressant was given as a way to counteract those symptoms, and it worked for it. When I eventually got off that medication, the antidepressant started causing me all sorts of problems and so I discontinued it. It was terrible.

And it takes longer to season aluminium!

That’s when it’s most useful because now it’s nonstick.

It could only be negligence to cover the ceiling with flammable materials then allow open flames. What’s shocking is how common it is for this exact scenario to play out–acoustic foam that is not fire resistant and pyrotechnics.

There is a bar/restaurant nearby me where they had to shut down their restaurant due to repeated health violations. They converted into only a bar but were eventually forced to stop serving alcohol because they kept overserving people and serving minors–this caused them to close down entirely. Weirder: it’s a historical building. A company who specializes in restoring neon signs offered to do it for free and the owner apparently screamed at them until they left.

The moral? These are probably terrible people.

This is more of a “when I’m in a vehicle I’m a god who has absolute right to transit and how dare these people inconvenience me” thing.

It is federal law once it’s a treaty. I believe that only Congress can change it.
