Understandable. My first set was in 1993. 2005-2014 were my dark ages and later in 2015 I got back into it… in an unhealthy way.

Ohhh! That looks cool!. I never played the game, but it seems I might need to add it to the list.
The tentacle bony parts are appendages (my favorite part!) :) : https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=15064&name=Appendage+Bony+Small+with+Bar+End+(Leg+%2F+Rib+%2F+Tail)&category=[Animal%2C+Body+Part]#T=S&O={"iconly"%3A0}
The long flat silver pieces are dinosaur tails. https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=40378&name=Dinosaur+Tail+%2F+Neck+Middle+Section+with+Bar+Hole+and+Technic+Pin&category=[Animal%2C+Body+Part]#T=S&O={"iconly"%3A0}
If you peep either of those links it will show what sets the pieces came in, and their release date. This was the first set I got that had those bony parts: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?S=70317-1#T=S&O={"iconly"%3A0}
I greatly appreciate it! Yeah, if you watch my Twitch VOD you’ll see how the build came to be. Of corpse I ordered a hefty amount of flat silver dinosaur tails to make this idea. However, the original build I felt was lacking, so the pics I posted here are the revamped version. Once you go past the picture where the build is on the kitchen table, the pics proceeding are the original idea.

Thank you for that! Yeah, this definitely tickles a part of the brain that doesn’t make sense, but you can’t look away. I just wanted a proper area for Petunia Prime.

3·26 days agoI greatly appreciate it! Yeah, I try to educate myself on everything available and see what works. Here’s a video of the build as well. https://imgur.com/a/lSmsiXi
Thank very much for that! Yeah, I got the feeling people might get bored of the same abomination style over and over. Plus, I wanted to prove that I can build in different styles. :P
This right here is my bread and butter. My preferred parts palette. ;) I honestly wanted to see people’s reactions to other build styles from me. ;)
Oh, oops. Here ya go.

Heh, it was only due to my birthday. The wife knew I would need another set, so I have 2. :) One is for the Mythical Intrigue, and the other was for this.
I greatly appreciate it!
Thank you! Newp, I really enjoy sentinel-esque builds and can never have enough. I wanted to see what I could come up with, using that color palette.

2·2 months agoWell, I felt that everything required a connection to something and it worked perfectly!
I didn’t, the Architect did.
Still working on finalizing the build.
HAHAHAH, thank ya and I greatly appreciate it!
This build has a lore to it that I am working on, not the sci-fi lore that the name came from. Basically this is a terraforming machine.
I greatly appreciate it! It’s such a fun build… I am just scared of transporting it to a show…
