I’m pretty sure there is a difference. I remember getting some money from the government in The Netherlands when you started a study, training, course, etc. In just a few months there were several companies offering training and courses for jobs that never had any certifications or requirements. It was abused a lot and as far as I know they dont’t offer it anymore (since last year).

You’re right, I’ve totally read over it. Sorry :) Can’t imagine a VPN is blocking it as I use it all the time, with and without a VPN. Maybe it’s your VPN provider?

You sound like an advertiser… the platform you’re sharing is not even self hosted.

That is a difficult one. Maybe you can boost the volume when he sleeps? In that case he sees/feels what you’re experiencing. Just make sure your other neighbour doesn’t hear it.

Another thing you can do is create a device with a timer that hits the wall every now and then. I saw someone made it for his neighbour and it hit the wall about every 30 minutes so his neighbours couldn’t sleep…

The best way to get a (petty) revenge is by fucking with someones sleeping pattern. If done correctly you will bother him for the whole day!

Exactly, how do people get ‘influenced’ anyways? I think it says something about people following them and thinking them ‘influencers’ are nice and likeable people. They often ignore other’s privacy and aura.
