I don’t see a reason why 85% of a monthly subscription couldn’t given directly to the artists you actually listen to, and any albums your purchase is on the platform (and you get to keep the drm-free files).

Honestly it kinda sounds like an awesome service.

I’m not here trying to rip on your choices; Jeeps are objectively cool. I’m eying my next vehicle, and at 45k I’m having to convince my wife that sometimes indulgences are okay, and a Honda/Toyota isn’t ALWAYS the only possible choice.

Agreed that it’s 100% morally acceptable. I’ll go one step further and say there is the moral imperative to do so.
