I started playing at very early alpha and started modding right away. The really cool thing about Ludeon is that virtually every expansive mod (not additional items but gameplay/QoL ect) has been made relatively native in compatibility with each new DLC: space colony, multiple bases, races and limb frameworks, multiplayer, events and quests, special abilities, pawn interactions and relationships. You can see each DLC basically providing a native framework for these mods to play nice and plug into the game without creating all kinds of bugs and hacks to implement.
Vanila with DLCs now has pretty much any feature you want, and mods just ad more content and granularity. I would suggest playing a space colony scenario if you’d like to try sometime new. It feels different enough in the survival aspect and will introduce a bunch of new stuff to explore.
Mod Support = unlimited replayability. Currently running a zombie world solo vampire jedi colony
Imagine supporting a political party so unappealing to a majority of the population, that you resort to blaming them when you don’t win.

The standard D strategy of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory - let’s whitewash anti-Trump neocons and bring in Hillary to advise on the campaign to win this election.

Looks like the park was fenced off (I assume they’ve built in their native habitat) and the otters managed to get through the broken fence. They we either hungry or got territorial.

4·2 years agoAs a big fan of fallout, imo, 4 is the weakest of series. Engine was outdated, repeated time wasting quests, boring world building, the base building was their new exciting feature but it fell kinda flat. Now with 1k+ mods game can actually be a lot fun though. Also 74 didn’t exist.

Well shit. I totally fucked up the formatting. Leaving Afghanistan was a definite positive. People who grief him for it also seem to forget that it was Trump who made the agreement with the Taliban and set the thing in motion. Not sure if he would’ve actually gone ahead and fully withdraw though, but at least Biden followed through with it.
Biden:
- Discontinued American Rescue Plan programs that helped low income Americans like the Expanded Child Tax Credit.
- Did $1,200 payments during covid (-Promissed $2,000)
- Did not actually do meaningful college debt relief (“muh, but the courts” - shut up, the Secretary Of education has the power, he really just doesn’t care about it that much)
- Still kinda sorta half asking the effort via another legal argument
- Cabinet full of corporate ghouls
- Based Lina Khan and NLRB
- Unconditional support for Israel
- Did not deschedule marijuana (“working” on it, believe when you see it)
- Continued monetary incentives and subsidies for anti-union corps
- Left Afghanistan
- No challenge to the Supreme Court corruption
- No real platform for re-election, no interviews, no debate, no primaries
A bunch more.
Trump: Literally nothing good. Just way worse all around.
I’m drunk, don’t judge me!

31·2 years agoIt’s always been a feature which boiled up to the civil war, but instead of actually solving the issue, we kept kicking the can down the road. This is the government of stakeholders, just because on paper we broadened the election rights to a larger pool of people, doesn’t mean your vote means anything in who gets paid and who’s interest gets represented. That being said, plz vote D in the general. Just go read the project 2025 if you’re not convinced.

Dems are cooked unless they get rid of everyone currently running the party.
