7·3 years agoI think it’s odd to even compare. One is a brand new industry, the other is a hundreds of year old process in terms of learning how to make it efficient. Over time, I have no doubt lab-grown can out-carbon footprint actual cattle raising.

2·3 years agoCurious if anyone else here is on kbin having issues accessing this. I tried altering the URL a few ways, can’t seem to get to it on kbin. And yet, I am on /m/newcommunities@lemmy.world just fine.
