I think it’s just a fad, like Lethal Company and Among Us before it, but might as well enjoy it while you can. It’s a lot of fun to play with a group of friends. Anything that can bring a group of friends together like this for a few bucks seems well worth it to me.

Ethical consumption is impossible under capitalism. We can and should try our best to minimize the amount these shitty companies profit, but completely divesting from them all is impossible.

Surprised that they missed Caterpillar in this list, given it’s significantly larger than John Deere. And yeah, I agree that it wasn’t “caving,” more a convenient excuse to throw their employees under the bus in the quest for short-term profit above all else.

I was mistaken. Vibratex, which made the original Hitachi Magic Wand, is still making them today. They just dropped the “Hitachi” from the name.

Even though they’re made by a different company now they’re still pretty good ;)
