Holy shit. it’s been a while and I guess I clicked the link or whatever – I thought it was on the hexbear front page and was like what… the fuck happened to this place?!?

Supposedly the captain called the harbor master (or whatever) like instantly when the ship lost power, and you can see the traffic stopped literally just in time, like it collapsed maybe 10 seconds after the last civilian vehicle cleared. In the clearest video on twitter, there appeared to be at least 4 vehicles from bridge/service workers up there when it collapsed. People on twitter were saying on of the people escaped unharmed, but Idk if that is true

There was a HB server for that war game where you could just make stuff for the supply lines the whole time (or something to that effect), maybe folks in there would play, will try to remember to edit if I can figure out the name

I guess the silver lining is that more people seem to be starting to realize those guys are evil insufferable pricks. Basically all my life before now, the narrative would have been twisted with “no, see, he’s *frugal and those behaviors are why he’s rich and everyone else should emulate this”
