I’ve had really good progress in calisthenics this week. Unlocked archer pullups and archer pushups with good form, and my one handed dead hang is improving dramatically, along with false grip strength on the rings. I’ve been pretty consistent with it for months now, about three days a week, sometimes less cause rest is great and it’s never worth hurting yourself.
