That’s a pretty standard process for a company acquisition. You buy 100% of the shares of the company, including those held by employees.

Over the last few years I’ve been slowly moving to cheaper/free hobbies, I think part of the reason I’m enjoying them is because they’re free, like I can go for a run for nothing apart from some shoes. I like that there’s no real upkeep and if my local gym shuts down or whatever I can still just go for a run.
The same thing goes for software, I’ve started caring more about open source software recently, not just because of the privacy benefits but because it’s free! And again with independence, if a paid service shuts down I can’t use that software anymore, with open source, you have the code, you can just download it and you’ve got it, forever.
That’s awful! Could you please let me know where these APKs are hosted so that I may avoid them?

I’m sorry, she keep the auxiliary fuel tank where?

I think this may be out of date now, dual booting is relatively simple to set up and there are a wealth of tutorials online for it, setting up a graphics card (nvidia) was a breeze, and for the wide majority of games in my library (I play both indie and AAA), I’ve had very few issues running native, and most that haven’t ran out of the box have guides posted on protondb.com, most are up and running in 5 mins.

They do make money on those accounts as they only have to keep 10% of it to hand and can loan out the other 90
Any chance this is an Azeal reference?
It’s fine! We’re gods!

Not to disregard Turing here as I believe he is still one of the greats of computing, but the idea that he “Almost Singlehandedly” did anything is to the discredit of the thousands of workers at Bletchley Park alongside him, and the Polish cryptographers who initially cracked several versions of Enigma in the 1930s and went on to teach the Bletchley how they did it.

*kettle, honestly forget it’s not a global thing. How much does one set you back? We can get one for like £5 in the uk?

Converted recently and happy to find that all but one (relatively niche, command: modern operations) game I played work on linux out of the box. Decided that I’d rather claw back control over my computer and switch rather than have a single game working. Haven’t looked back since. Check your library in protondb, it may surprise you.

Anyone got an invite code?
Took the plunge and swapped my desktop over to NIXOS a couple days ago, honeslty fairly impressed with the experience so far
I’m from the UK and this isn’t too much of an issue beyond the couple of usual idiots. Went to the US though and it was insane, we were getting overtaken by school busses going 95. We were at the speed limit and getting overtaken by almost everything.
Nvidia works fine on my end, just installed the latest drivers and been running fine since I switched (~1.5yrs)
