That’s kind of what I’m saying though, it’s pretty painless to use the new installer, why worry about the drama? Just use what works. I tried it and it was painless, and I don’t really care about squabbling on dev teams, I just know what works now 🤷

Word of advice that helped me a lot… Heat the oil and bring it down in temperature then pour it over the dried spices vs. heating spices and oil together. I found it reduced bitterness and astringency quite a bit.
