I am one of those weird people that find that movie okay. Never really got into it.

Northern Germany here, winter went fairly normal. People have weird memories as they get older, claiming to have had white Christmases every year when they were kids. In reality, there were a grand total of 2 white Christmases here since weather data was recorded. We had a fair amount of snow the last couple of days and the temperatures were nice and cold.

Summers are getting weird however. Not exactly hot or anything, but whatever the weather is like, it remains that way for a long time. Summers seem to be less dynamic. So you either get sun without rain for weeks on end, or you get shit weather for weeks.

Among football fans there’s no real loyalty to a national team. They don’t give a shit about that. People going to world cup matches are casuals. Hardcore fans will actually be the most likely ones to boycott the world cup.

The comic is still shit though. Not funny in any way. They should probably have gone with America being in a similar or worse state than many central African countries in terms of political corruption and exploitation of its population.

Whenever a kid wouldn’t eat up, or complain about the food it is (or was) a common thing to tell them that kids in Africa have it worse and they should think about them when tossing away all the food. It’s shitty parenting that was prevalent in the 90s (I know from experience). This comic flipped things around.

Ich bin heute bei Tag 7 meines Influenza Verlaufs. Die ersten 4 Tage waren durchgängig mit 40 Grad Fieber, Kopfschmerzen und brutalen Muskelschmerzen im Rücken. Das absolut nervigste jedoch ist, dass ich (immer noch) das Bett komplett nass schwitze in der Nacht. Durchschlafen ist nicht drin.

Muss an die Pandemie zurückdenken als alle meinten, Corona wäre ja nur wie eine Grippe. Jeder der sowas gesagt hat, sollte irgendwann im Leben aus dem Nichts eine Backpfeife dafür bekommen.

Entweder dein Fahrrad ist kompletter Müll, den man nicht einmal geschenkt bekommen möchte, oder es ist noch keiner auf die Idee gekommen, den Schnellspanner am Vorderrad zu öffnen, um den Rest mitzunehmen. Ich suche mir lieber ne Straßenlaterne und schließe mein Rad dort an.
