I used canva.com - feel free to post to !PurchaseWithPurpose@lemmy.world once you have put it together

haha been pleasantly supportive

Infomaniak/OnlyOffice might be a good bet. I’m personally giving MobiOffice and have been pleasantly surprised.

Thanks for the feedback! I had to limit the options presented to avoid making the guide overwhelming. Most of those options are listed on the website - https://purchasewithpurpose.io/
Out of interest, you circled a few options. Any reason? Or are those the tools you use?

Don’t believe I didnt think of this! Thanks so much

For some reason, not all of the tools are being published to the website. Mailfence has been added so will look into this tonight.

You are in luck! Pretty much all of the top options in https://purchasewithpurpose.eu/category/email/ have strong alias support. But Fastmail comes to mind with how it is integrated.

Will look at adding addy.io in the resource section. Sounds like it is a really useful tool when managing these accounts.

Also used both Fastmail and Infomaniak Mail. Ended up using Infomaniak Mail as there email grouping works really well.

Thunderbird
Right it isn’t… the website is wrong then. I’ll look to fix that.

Thanks, will look to see how best to add these. Might not be all though as I don’t want to overwhelm people with too many options.

The only reason would be if you preferred FairMail’s interface, for example. You usually only use a different email client if the provider you have doesn’t offer its own option or is limited in features.

https://purchasewithpurpose.eu/category/email/ has some email clients listed, and you can see what is Open-Source and Free.
I think Thunderbird is the only option that is on iOS. Would be very interested if there are others that I missed.

Migadu
Will look to include them! Looks like an excellent choice for a straightforward email provider. Thanks for the suggestion.

On their profile I actually note that for Proton: https://purchasewithpurpose.eu/software/502XMZgodpzlHVkhrmJMYd/
People in the community are already raising concerns that they are too focused on pushing new tools out rather than improving the ones they already have. Mailbox.org, Tuta and Posteo would be better choices if you are looking for an email-first provider.

Yeah I believe they still are - will add that as a disclaimer

The website might be more helpful to you, but it still doesn’t go into that level of granularity. This is meant more for those who aren’t too technical and want help getting started on this journey.

My bad! Must have deleted it by mistake. Thanks for flagging.
Yup! An excellent option for Apple users.
