Signed up for the beta, very excited to see what it is about.
Did not think it would come out this fast.

Steam Hardware@sopuli.xyz•How much do you use your deck? Was it a good purchase?
7·3 years agoI’m a sucker for indie games.
Since I’ve bought the Deck, I play Hunt Showdown on PC. Every other game is on the Deck, probably around 30 hours a month on the deck.
This is since februari, so already got my moneys worth.
Did some searching, very sad now.
Sauce please this looks amazing, kinda thinking this might be AI, if so the someone should reenact

Steam Hardware@sopuli.xyz•What are your use cases for the Steam Deck?
4·3 years agoI have always been a fan of handheld gaming. But having a gaming PC also introduced me to the world of indie games and affordable games.
The Steamdeck really brings these two together. The pick up and play nature of the device has doubled my average two week playtime on steam.
I’ve already finished over 10 indie games that have been on my backlog.

No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•Are there any Reddit refugees spending more time on Lemmy than Reddit?
1·3 years agoI haven’t been on Reddit since the day of the Blackout and won’t be. I find my screen time has been cut down significantly and I like it.
For now I have an e reader and Steamdeck, whenever I want to browse I don’t, or I pick one of these.
This way the content I consume is curated by me and not an algorithm.

So damn excited for this!
