I used the official app on my phone and I had turned all notifications off. I left for good before the black out and never looked back. Then miraculously a week after the blackout the app turned on notifications and started spamming my phone. I deleted that shit immediately.

Does your neighbor use a hearing aid? It wouldn’t surprise me. These devices can connect to Bluetooth. I would take the advice already posted about resetting the Bluetooth connections to your phone.

Routine sepsis protocols have blood cultures included. The problem is blood cultures only pick up a few of the more common fungal infections. If these fungal infections are infact becoming more frequent then the protocol needs to change to include the use of specific fungal culture tube in addition to routine blood cultures. Unfortunately that is going to take time, training, and money to implement.
