If you’re on PC and have an Nvidia GPU, you can open the Nvidia control panel, select Deltarune, and set the max FPS to 20. Restart the game. The game logic is tied to the FPS so it plays at 2/3 speed. Soundtrack isn’t so it’ll still sounds normal.
