I don’t know of any, but please be aware that your IP will be visible to other viewers on peertube since it’s using WebTorrent / p2p.
I’m always on Mullvad due to me constantly seeding torrents anyway.
You can turn that off in the settings. It is called “Help share videos being played” and it’s in your profile settings (even if not logged in).
