Even covered Flock (and Axon) still track all of the passing phones, air pods, smart watches, automobile wifi/bluetooth, other bluetooth devices, and likely even the MAC addresses emitted by many of those vaccinated.

I’m against spying on device identifiers, but vaccinated individuals do not ‘emit’ MAC addresses.
