Posted a while ago regarding possibilities of starting HRT with the gel I got my hands on. Decided to try it for 3-4 weeks to see how I’d feel or if I’d even feel anything at all. Im doing this via scrotum application since that seemed to have the highest chance of giving any effect during this time period.
I’ve been on it for a week now and have been trying to tell myself that how unreasonably good Ive felt this week is not necessarily due to HRT. However the last two days my nipples have been oddly sore. Not in the way Ive experienced before.
I understand nipple soreness is normal when breast growth occurs but it seems very early. Not that it is entirely unheard of as I understand. Has anyone here experienced this kind of soreness this early or am I just going crazy?

I experienced some nipple soreness/discomfort within about 5 days. Then at day 10 I was having full on growth pains. So I doubt you’re going crazy 🙂
Nipple pain is part of the hormonal cycle. It happens quickly in cis women and trans women! My nipples hurt within 24 hours of doing an injection, and I’ve been on HRT for near 10 years.
Seems fine. Sometimes my nipples are sore too. Enjoy it! If you are happy, continue!
Growing breasts is sometimes u comfortable, but I love it, it me becoming me. Finally being myself.
My nipples 100% got sore after a week or so, and 2 weeks in, I could feel the beginnings of milk glands/ducts forming behind my nipples. It starts pretty dang quick, and it’s mostly the fat collection that takes years
