A federal judge ordered the operators of the Delaney Hall to explain why they once again denied New Jersey health inspectors full access to the troubled immigration detention center earlier this week.
U.S. District Judge Jamel K. Semper demanded an explanation from federal officials regarding their interpretation of what “full access” and “all parts” mean for the state’s efforts to enter the facility.
Delaney, which houses up to 1,000 people, is operated by The GEO Group, a Florida-based private prison operator, under a 15-year, $1 billion contract with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, as part of the Trump administration’s sweeping immigration crackdown.

The US Marshals need to be moved under the Judicial branch to enforce decisions since the Executive branch refuses to.
Couldn’t NJ mobilize the state guard to let them in. Or the judges and the US marshals?
NJ mobilized the State Troopers, and they worked with the federal fascists to brutalize and arrest protesters.
