Updated: A 35-year-old Tucson man died Tuesday in the Pima County Jail. John Russell Thrasher IV had been arrested by Tucson police while jaywalking, and was being held on a parole violation. Another man, Raymond Lee Davis, died last Thursday but the Sheriff's Department didn't release information about that incident until the Sentinel asked questions.
