This is really hard to follow
It makes sense if you read all the red speech bubbles and then go back and read the blue ones. Each character is monologuing, not having a conversation
I really struggle to understand most of cat and girl comics
Yeah… An entire paragraph’s worth of deep thonks and I don’t really understand what the meaning is supposed to be…
The one that loses me is
Loss is a shroud worn by the living
Like, what loss? What do you mean by shroud? Why specifically are the living wearing it?
People in the past or future don’t have to worry about what’s lost or gained, only living people in the present get to worry about it because they have a choice on what will be lost and what won’t, so it’s our(for now) turn in the timeline to wear the “shroud” of loss and decide what value to give everything around us, is that species worth losing, what about life of someone far away, truth is worth losing? Steak? Connections? No one blames present people for wanting to enjoy themselves they shouldn’t have this responsibility, but they do, everyone is counting on you, here’s your shroud, good luck!
sure but is that really it? Seems very dumb-smart to me. Of course dead people don’t feel grief lol
