Three bush camp residents have been spared further jail time after forcing five space base engineers to bury a dog believed to have been killed by a hire car in remote Australia.

Three people who ambushed, threatened, and deprived five space base engineers of their liberty have pleaded guilty.

The engineers were assessing locations for a rocket landing site in remote Far North Queensland.
