The extreme version of this would be calling suicidal people “selfish.” Like what the hell goes through your mind to make you say that?

And then, if you try to break down the nuances of how brave it is to take the necessary steps to overcome your instinctual impulses to continue living, people lose their shit and loudly cry “coward!”
Yep also why i try to not be anxious but then my anxiety increases because im making people hate me by being anxious its a vicious cycle.
