VOY s7e24 “Renaissance Man”
There’s a certain something about Robert Picardo that drove the Voyager writing staff to want other cast members to portray his character on multiple occasions.

Robert Picardo might be the best actor on the show. I remember reading in an interview that he was a little bummed at first about getting cast as The Doctor, since he originally auditioned to play Neelix, but he quickly realized that he was actually gonna be the show’s Spock/Data/etc (which he previously assumed would go to Tim Russ). Then he really leaned into it. It’s such a great performance and he has such a great capacity to emote. On the occasions when he gets full on angry (like in Author, Author) he can be downright scary!
Quoting this from a slashfilm.com article:
Robert Picardo had a lengthy and storied acting career. He was a Joe Dante regular, appearing in “The Howling,” “The Explorers,” “Innerspace,” “The 'Burbs,” “Matinee,” and “Gremlins 2: The New Batch.” He appeared in “Star 80,” Ridley Scott’s “Legend,” the zombie cop film “Dead Heat,” and Robert Englund’s directorial debut “976-EVIL.” This was all mixed in with plentiful TV work and multiple appearances on stage.
His performance in the recent Starfleet Academy episode “The Life of the Stars” is exceptional.

Have you seen the music video he made during COVID? It’s pretty hilarious.
