That article was so poorly formatted I have no idea what the sticker in question actually says or what it looks like.
So, there’s this photo:

And then there’s the third paragraph:
The sticker features a phrase which was also the title of a 1960 pamphlet by George Lincoln Rockwell, who founded the American Nazi Party, HARRC said in a post Monday.
So, it’s probably safe to assume they are referring to the bottom sticker that says “In hoc signo vinces”.
Looking up the George Lincoln Rockwell reference, I did find the pamphlet in question.
I agree it would’ve been nice if the article was clearer about that and didn’t force the readers to do the journalist’s job for them.
The article reads like a chat bot skirting some rules against hate speech or something. Thank you for providing the actual news!
