“The Island without Kings” (could be stated more elegantly than that, oh well)

Wow, those underwater compositions are quite something, especially the title page!
My French sucks but I’d translate it either as
The island whose king doesn’t exist, or
The island or the king doesn’t exist
I’d love to know how to translate it correctly though
When the ou has a ù, it means a place/location.
So it translates to: The island where the king doesn’t exist
Yeah “où” means “where”, “ou” means “or”.
