As the title suggests. I generally class myself as a medium, I’ve seen spirits and even have personal bonds to a few.

I believe in an animated world. And since my time serving as a priest in Hawai’i, my beliefs about such things have developed a bit further. Further, the Holy Spirit (Ghost!) has felt it fitting to continually call me to parishes that have been shaped by the Charismatic renewal movement back in the day, and so I keep being exposed to churches with vocations about healing and gifts like speaking in tongues, etc.

Anyway, that’s my long intro to say that I do believe in an animated spiritual realm that may include ghosts, among other things. I used to believe that ghosts were actually some kind of “echo” of a person in distress somehow managing to transcend space-time (cellular vibration or something). But now? I think the world is a far more mysterious place than we give credit and we experience things that we cannot easily explain. Ancient Christians believed in ghosts, so why not us now? Saint Paul tells us to test the spirits. Which means that there are spirits to be tested!

Thank you for the amazing reply, I have experience with ghosts and spirits and have long been looking for other people who’ve shared similar! My Priest at my current parish (St. Tim’s in Chehalis) acknowledges such entities and it thrills me to no end, I 'm looking towards being Ordained as a Priest in The Episcopal Church so that my experiences can be put to good use.
